on Mar 8th, 2010How long should you wait to have physical therapy for a herniated disc?
My friend’s back is really, really bad. He has a slipped disc and fractured spine. He was kept in the hospital for about a week. He wants to start Physical Therapy right away but I would think he needs more bed rest at home. What do you think?
